WILLIAM BROS BREWERY KELPIE SEAWEED ALE

Looking down on the Singing Sands in Kentra Bay on the Ardnarmurchan peninsula, West Coast of Scotland.

Prior to the 1850’s Scottish coastal alehouses brewed with malted barley, grown in fields fertilised by seaweed. This beer recreates those flavours by the inclusion of fresh seaweed in the mash tun.
