Looking up at the 3418m Piz Kesch in the evening sun from the Kesch-Hütte mountain hut (2630m). End of a long day walking up from Davos and over the Scalettapass which is on the watershed between the Rhine and Danube. Then an overnight stop at the Kesch-Hütte before continuing down to Bergun the next day. A great walk.

A view of Fribourg from the Sarine river. The city sits on the boundary between the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland. A bit of an odd experience when you spend all your time in German speaking Switzerland and you visit here where French is the prevalent language
